Full Journal pdf1994-04-29 House Journal Page 3882 HB 358 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3856) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 358(STA) "An Act allowing a mobile home owner to obtain a certificate of title from the Department of Public Safety." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 358(L&C) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 358(STA), thus adopting SCS CSHB 358(L&C), and recommended that the members vote yes. 1994-04-29 House Journal Page 3883 HB 358 The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 358(STA)?" The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS CSHB 358(L&C) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
