Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
House consider the Senate message (page 3856) on the following at              
this time:

"An Act allowing a mobile home owner to obtain a certificate                  
of title from the Department of Public Safety."

Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate              
amendment to CSHB 358(STA), thus adopting SCS CSHB 358(L&C),                   
and recommended that the members vote yes.
